I was in the drive through for so long I thought it was broken so I moved forward and the next car got a quick response . I ask for the manager Teresa and she repeated my order wrong after she placed it at first window. Second window only wanted to give me my drink because that's what she was showing I ordered and when I showed her my receipt she wouldn't give it back . Said she must have put it in a box with several others. I told them I needed it for my complaint and there was a number on the back .Oh by the way when I told Teresa about the plans for my call she said you go right ahead., so with their permission I did call but wanted to send this also.
