I have a complaint about the taco bell kfc I just left and would like to have a number of the corp office .?

I was in the drive through for so long I thought it was broken so I moved forward and the next car got a quick response . I ask for the manager Teresa and she repeated my order wrong after she placed it at first window. Second window only wanted to give me my drink because that's what she was showing I ordered and when I showed her my receipt she wouldn't give it back . Said she must have put it in a box with several others. I told them I needed it for my complaint and there was a number on the back .Oh by the way when I told Teresa about the plans for my call she said you go right ahead., so with their permission I did call but wanted to send this also. I kinda get what your saying, and If Im right, your explaining to us that they wasted your time, got your order wrong, then you wanted to complain - then they took your receipt, lost It in a box of others, and then I got lost. If so, I think the case Is, is that they didnt want you to complain, so they took the receipt with all the details on it So You COULDNT complain.

If thats the case, Its typical really. Next time just complain to the people that are serving you at the time.

sounds like maybe the sensor at the drive-thru might not have picked up..that does happen ..then the orders got mixed up because of your order....so did you get what you ordered??was it hot and fresh??????????
