    The pub should have the Head Office address available if you don't already know it from these replies.

    Write to the Customer Services dDvision.

    Don't be rude or aggressive

    And don't expect them to agree with you in this case.

    But do do it.

  5. in an ideal world you should complain to the pub manager first, and give him/her the chance to resolve this before taking it over their head. If you have done this contact head office, try not to launch into a full scale war though, keep the letter to the point and polite.

  6. write a letter its better then an e-mail because they r just lazy if you get what i mean plus letters are more formal

  7. Look up the spirit group on google , theres a feedback/complaints section on their website, i used it not so long ago and received both a swift and helpful response
