Well, whenever I type something into the adress bar for the URLs, and click enter nothing happens, this just started today, what is wrong?

  2. Osama Slayer, Some IE add-ons may cause this to happen, try following steps:

    1) Open internet explorer.

    2) Go to Tools-->Internet options-->Advanced.

    3) Uncheck the box for Enable Third Party Browser Extensions

    4) Uncheck the box for Display a notification about every script error

    5) Check the box for Disable script debugging

    6) Click Apply and OK.

    7) Close all open Internet Explorer windows.

    8) Open a new window.
