i already have a ps3 but how do i get my computers information like music and pictures to show up on my ps3?

  1. Well the easiest way to do this is if you have a pen drive and create a folder in it and call it PS3. Inside of PS3 make another folder called MUSIC and PHOTOS under those copy and paste them in and transfer into the ps3 usb slots. Then your ps3 should detect your stuff and copy it from the drive to the ps3 and your done. I'm pretty sure about the all caps but its in the manual if you want to make sure.


  2. I agree with bull goose.  I use TVersity also.  Works great!  1st time you use it you will want to manually sync the files, then after that I have mine sync every night around 2 am.

  3. If your PC and PS3 are connected via the same router - install TVersity program (free from www.tversity.com). It'll let you stream multimedia files from your PC to PS3. Install, share needed files and enjoy!

    Note - if this won't work from the first time - open port 41952 on your PC.

  4. Two ways to do this. You can use a usb thumb drive to manually transfer files or you can get a media server on your computer. You do need a home network for that tho. Just Google PS3 media server.
