  1. Use Thunderbird (from Mozilla) - It's a better email client.

  2. Here are the steps to  launch Outlook express :

    1. Click on green  START   button on bottom left corner.

    2. Type  in  " D:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe  "

    3. Click OK button.

    ALternatively ,

search your computer and find the   "msimn.exe"  file .

Double click this file and it will open the Outlook express email client.

  3. Click start and look in all programs, it should be listed there.

  4. The simple way is to look in your programs menu from the start button.

If it is not there for whatever reason you can go into your programs folder from the C: drive and look for Outlook Express there and just right click on the main program file and select send to desktop as a shortcut so you do not have to hunt for it the next time.  Good luck.

  5. Click onthe Start button.  It is usually listed there.

If not, click on All Programs and look for it in your list of programs

  6. ditch everything else and use firefox or safari.

  7. Under Control Panel>Add or remove Programs, you will see a button for add or remove windows components. If you click on that, it should show you whether outlook express is installed.

  8. Try typing Outlook express under start -run on a win xp on vista start search Outlook express if u have the ptogram installed then it will definately pull up

  9. Like said before, you may want to try searching for Outlook Express by going to Start and then to All Programs.

Another way that may help you find Outlook Express would be to search for it by going to Start > Search.

Good luck and I hope I helped you!

  10. do yourself a major favor and use

    firefox 3 (mozilla) browser and

    thunderbird  (mozilla)  for email.
