I have a couple of questions about School bus drivng jobs?

I'm thinking about working for a private school bus company, they hire all the time and they will train, but I must stay on for a year or pay $2000.00 back.

I asked the lady why they always hire, the resons she gave me was the people find other jobs, or die the dieing part scares me cause I want to know if this kind of job effects your health and if they give you health insurance. My other questions are:

1. How much can I expect to earn hourly.

2. what happens during the summer where there is no more school?

3.Even though they are training me does that gaurantee me a job if myself and everyone else in that class passes? because...
