I have a crappy phone and i want to get a new one?

kay i have the sony ericsson sliding one and i really hate it the back got dissolved in nail polish remover and its all black. and when i go to the phone book i cant hit the letters and i type faster then i actually text and its really screwed up and the buttons are cracked. can i just get another phone for free ? like a down grade even i really just want one that works

and I'm on rogers...

I think Nokia N95 8GB Smartphone is a good phone to try..
