I have a creative vision

I have a creative vision m 30gb and it is working fine the problem I have is that the "creative mediasource 5 organiser" will not open. when i double click the icon the program starts to run but before the music library loads an error message pops up saying "creative mediasource 5 has encountered a problem and needs to close" it then asks me if i want to report the problem to microsoft which i do.I then have to go to the task manager to close mediasource as it is not responding. The strange thing is if I go to my documents "my Music" and play any of the tracks/albums listed there the player part of mediasource 5 works. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me resolve this as its driving me potty!!
