I have a credit card and has been approval but call hot-line said has been processing. Why?

approved yes on your end when u swipe the card however it takes time to b processed n approve on the bank's end, only when u get yr statement then it confirmed get approved

Hot line staffs cannot be trusted sometimes.

How you know it's approved? you rec'd the card or the automated machine said so ?

If you already have the card, start using, who cares what the staffs say
