Well I have 2 cards one w/ Circuit City @ 25apr and I closed that one along time ago cause they would lower my apr. Yes I know I'm crazy! The 2nd one w Micro Center @ 25.74apr now they closed it without my authorization. I called and they said my blance was too high! And I was late on one payment. My fico score is in the high 600s

  1. actually you can get an intro offer of 0% APR for upto 12 months. You can transfer your balance to one of these promo cards and buy some time. I did some research and i found the site below that has some 0% listed. See if you can get approved for them...

  2. hi dear, i dont know the answer, i just wanted to say HE LLOO! TO YOU.

YOU DONT NEED ANYMORE CREDIT CARDS, LEAVE EM ALONE

  3. how can it be closed if it still has a balance? If that on has a high APR, I doubt you would be able to get any other credit cards with a lower Int rate

  4. If the account is still with the original creditor, you can transfer the balance to a new credit card -- if you qualify for a new credit card account.

Having an existing high balance credit card account may work against you in getting a new card.  But it would be smart to transfer to a lower interest rate.  You should then squeeze every penny out of your budget and throw it at that credit card debt to get it paid off.

  5. If you're saying that the card was closed because it went to collection, then, no, you cannot transfer the balance out.

    Cheers,
