I have a cut/slit in my v****a, they call it episiotomy, but...?

I've never had children and i had s*x not to long ago and remeber like the next day going to the bathroom and opening my legs to wide and i felt the pain I looked today and i can see the tear but I mean will that like heal itself?? and I heard it can cause cancer like cutting that area during s*x.. I dont think it happened during s*x because i would have felt it, but its been like 3 or 4 days since and it still hurts.... i just need some help like do i leave it alone and let my body fix it or does this need medical attention...

omg! Go see a doctor stat!!! if ANYTHING happens down there that hurts like helll go seek help!!!

this cant heal on its own beacuse its so most(sorry) down there that it will need more help drying and doing its process, i would go to the doc.
