I have a cyst inside my back i see a dr on tuesday how can i relive the pain

what caused this how can it be treated is there a way to relive the pain without drugs that only cause me to sleep my dr wont let me go back to work untill i see this other dr any advice you can give would help thankyou

use ora gel for teething babies, this will numb the nerves

gentle massage AROUND the place with a little oil or cream. pain is caused by lack of blood circulation. ice or vick's can help too.
