I have a dawrf golden water frog?

hes about as big as my palm, very big, he is in a 55 gal tank with a gold fish, my gold fish is about 7 inches in diameter, i see my fish trying to eat my frogs foot, now my frog is missing his webbing and the bottom half of one of his feet,hes eating ,and i moved him to a ten gal, and started feeding him penacillin, can anyone tell me if my frog is going to be fine? i dont have no $ to get him help, i was just really waithing until he died, he so old already, can a frog live without his webbing sand toes if hes able to swim, his foot is really red, and he keeps the foot real close to his body, help

You don't have a Dwarf Frog, which I can confidently say for two reasons: Dwarf Frogs do not have an albino variety, and they would certainly not reach the size of someone's palm.  You have an albino African Clawed Frog, which will need a much bigger tank than 10 gallons as soon as he's better, but I would not move him back with the Goldfish for obvious reasons.  As long as there is no sign of infection in his foot, there's no reason to treat with penicillin-- just keep his water clean to prevent infection.
