I have had it removed from transunion and experian. But equifax says it has been confirmed mine. Any loopholes on helping me please

  1. The FCRA states delinquent accounts may only be reported for a maximum of 7 years from the date of first delinquency, so if this is from 2001 it will be falling off sometime this year.

Palisades is one of the bottom feeder debt buyers out there, and if you know your rights and fight back they will usually fold like a cheap lawn chair.

Send them a demand to validate letter to them and make them prove this debt is legit. You can also visit the forums at CreditBoards.com and CreditInfoCenter.com, as there are many threads on how to fight palisades.

*** Edit *** I quick search on CIC shows that if you file complaints with the BBB and the Attorney Generals in your state and the state where Palisades is located, they will usually give up then too.
