I have a desktop dell

Question

I have a desktop dell runining XP software. I have a tungsten E hand held. I cannot get the contacts on the handheld to appear on the screen of the desktop. I just tried putting a new contact in the desk top and it does not showup on the hand held. The hot sync appears to be working properly but the desktop amd hand held are not communicating in contacts. I tried reloading the software, that did not make any difference.Thanks, Terry Gargan
