I tried to record Creep on Film 4 which was on at roughly midnight. There was a message saying it was unable to record it, but I have no idea why?! Its very bizarre. Just got the thing and its sooo confusing!!

  1. I'm not familiar with that model, but I have a Philips DVR.  If you set it to time record, remember that midnight is considered a.m. of the next day.  If you are trying to manually record, it may say it can't if the hard drive is full.

  2. This model has received mixed reviews. It seem that the inclusion of the Top-Up TV Anytime service has led to an unsatisfactory performance. Have a look at http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/forums/forum...   for other people's experience of this PVR.

  3. WoW that's """ Creep----y """ !!!

  4. How did you record: vidoplus? or manual?

Sometimes they might of putt the wrong code in,or sometimes a person might of put a wrong digit in,i dont think we can help here,as we would of need to have seen how it was done etc

Record something now to see if it happens again?

Here is something creepy: not long ago my g/f was recording the normal rubbish eastenders etc,i saw it was recording as it said record and other things, when she went to watch it nothing was recorded,im not saying it recorded a snowy picture or it came out blank. it didn't record over what was allready on the tape,so i did a quick test record and it was fine????

What was creepy: It was on Halloween...

  5. We've just returned ours to the shop we bought it from and got a refund. It has done nothing but play up since we got it. Since Christmas it recorded has NONE of the programmes it was set to record. Prior to that it kept freezing, skipping and jumping in the middle of recordings. Sometimes it would record the sound and sometimes the pictures. Nothing but trouble.
