I have a dilemma. apparently, this Thai recipe does not exist. It's called 'koew tiew phad ki maw gai'?

I had it at the Royal Blue Elephant in PC and my mom loves it so I want to make it for her. Only problem is googling it comes up with zero answers. Help please?

"Gai" means chicken

"Pad" (or "phad") means noodles

"maw" means stomach or gut

The names of Thai dishes tend to just be a list of their ingredients, so rather than looking up the whole name, look up the separate words, you'll figure it out easier.

That name actually has two separate dishes in it.  Koew tiew (kuay diao, gooay diew) is a beef noodle soup that is similar to Vietnamese pho,  this is also the Thai term for rice noodles.  Pad ki mao (or maw) is a fried noodle dish - it literally translates to "stir-fried s**t drunk". any other clues as to what it's made of? i searched and found many variants of keow teow phad. You misspelled keow and teow though.
