I have a doctors appointment tommorow, and they weigh me, i need to trick the scales and make it seem like i ?

am heavier then i actually am by about 5 pounds, how can i do this?

  1. that happened to me before. before i went i chugged like 3 bottles of water. try it and it should work. but if you are underweight you should eat more.


  2. I think you need to be honest and just go as you are.  You clearly need the help you are being offered and I think you need to accept that you have a problem

  3. put heavy things in your pockets, or maybe tape some sort of weight to your legs, where thick jeans, and glasses...heavy, heavy, glasses.

  6. Eat a bit more than you normally would for the day, and hope that it's in the afternoon. You usually weigh more in the afternoon from eating.

  7. don't be silly be honest with your self doing tricks like that only makes you dishonest and the people like your gp is there to help you so talk with him thy do listen and will help you

    so don't pull a fast one on the people who are only trying to help you at the end of the day its your health you are cheating not the doctors so whats important lying or been honest about your health
