I have a drain at the bottom of a walk up basement that is stopped up. Where does it drain to?

the floor waste will go into a polly pipe that will go to the main sewage line on the street.

Sometimes to the drain around your house  but most of the time to a lower point on the property. Very easily to clog up w/ weeds roots or collapse over time.. It s illegal to feed into the main sewer in most all towns..GL
