I have recently put a pool in at our house. The pool has been placed on the boundary to our neighbour's property. Our pool contracter assured us this would be fine and that we would have no trouble NOT SO! Since then we have had heavy rain and the water goes on to our some what difficult neighbours property.

Behind the pool at one end we have a 1.8m high retaining wall facing to the front of our house perpendicular to the pool. We then have another 1.0m high retaining wall droping off to the neighbours property that runs parallel to the pool. The natural slope of the land aiming towards this corner. In the corner is there a way I can stop the water flowing on to the neighbours property?
