  1. Unplug the device let it sit out for 5 minutes and restore it.  This will relieve any short circuts or overloaded capacitors that need to bleed.  Also consider how hot the unit is if this does not work.

  4. hmm.. well i think that you should read the manual and check the speed on it!

  5. Some dvd players have a button that speeds up playback by a small amount.  Is it possible you hit that button?

  6. Check that there is no settings for it to play at 1.2x or 1.5x this could be your problem.

    But does it it's probably just the way it runs.
