I have a dvd recorder and sky plus - how do I COPY fm the program planner without watching the whole program?

I have lost my sky plus instructions so any info would be much appreciated so I can do programs for my husband when he is in Afghan.

Make sure that the DVD recorder is connected through the sky+ with a scart lead into the VCR socket on the back of the sky+ box. Your sky+ box should be connected via scart into your tv, preferably on AV1. Put your DVD recorder onto AV1, select the programme you wish to copy from the sky+ planner, press the red button, press record on your DVD. Remember ,the programme has to be on the screen on your tv for it to work. Hope this helps
