I have a dvr and I recored a basketball game anyway I can get it to a vcr tape?

It is of a highschool game I couldn't get my vcr working at the time.

There should be a button on the remote that will allow you to do this.  I have Directv and I can download mine to the VCR.  All I have to do is push the button on my DVR remote and then make sure that the VCR record button is activated.  Works every time.
