  1. ours did that mine went down the vent in the floor and his went out the door

  2. My mouse got out before. Take a tall jar or small trash can and put some of her favorite food/treats in the bottom. Put a bird ladder or some type of ramp to the mouth of the jar. She will go up the ladder/ramp, smell the food in the bottom, and fall in. It won't hurt since it's a short fall. Put it close to wherever you think she is. Check the jar often. I suggest this cause she will mostly likely not stay in her cage if she even does return to it and it worked for my mouse. Unless you want to play stake out and keep an eye on the cage 24/7 lol

  3. uh oh! Do you have a trusted friend or family member that can come over to help look for her? Or keep an eye out for her while you are gone?

I would try tempting her with a piece of food that she can't resist, maybe some peanut butter? leave it near the place you think she is..

Leave her ball down.. she may climb back in it?

    Good luck finding her.

  4. buy a cat before you go..............?

  5. Turn your house upside down and find it!

  6. ok heres what i would do since you think she is in the closet get the cageand put it next to  your closet door and make sure the door is open keep a close eye on the cage sh may go backe to it once she finds it. also if you have a dog preferably small they can sniff them out thats what i do when my  teddybear hamster gets out but make sure she doesnt eat it good luck

  7. seriously put food somewere

and maybe you need to stop putting her in the ball.

  8. Since you have to leave and you think she's in the closet, I'd put some food out for her near the entrance.  If possible, if her cage opens in the front or if you can take the top off, fill the water and food and place it near the enterance.  Then look for her when you back.  At least she'll have food and water.

  9. i would look for it a little bit b4 you go out of town and if you cant find it leve food out for it. i would have a neighboor check every once in awhile to see if they find your hamster

  10. You can't force her to be in a limited space all the time and guess she just wanted to be free. Just think if you were in her shoes.... what would you prefer? TO BE FREE OR LOCK IN A LIMITED SPACE  OF HAMSTER BALL.!!!!!

  11. LEAVE FOOD OUT FOR HER / HIM IF YOU WANT IT TO LIVE !!!!!

  12. Well I lost my hammie once and I put his cage on the floor andit took a long time for me to find him sitting in his cage. This is what to do, get buckets, and ramps tape ramps on the bucket andbut bedding, and fav food in em and make sure the hammie cant get out of the bucket, works like a charm because it will want to sleep in bedding and needs to eat and put a towel under the door to make sure she stays in one room.Check every hour or two. When you find her put her in her cage and if you can put a rock over the cage door. Every time she goes in her ball tape the sides on too! Hope I helped!

  13. ask a friend or other family member to stay in your house. Before you leave, pull everything out of the closet and be careful not to fling her aside by accident. My rat fell off the bed once and ended up in one of the boxes underneath. We took everything out of the boxes and found him stuck in a toy ambulance! Next time she's in her ball, tape the lid on before you let her loose.

  14. call someone 2 help clean ur closet keep the cage open on the ground with plenty food and water lock up other pets

  15. Put her cage on the floor with enough food or water for the duration of your trip. Make sure the door is open so she can get in. Depending on how your cage is designed you may need to rig a creative solution to let her get back in.

Shut the door to the room to try and keep her contained in one room. Cross your fingers that she's sitting in her cage when you return.
