I have a dz-mv100e camcorder.

Question

I have a dz-mv100e camcorder. it didn't come with software (secondhand). I have downloaded driver from Hitachi and a generic udf reader. also power directory editing software which seems to recognise it to retrieve files for editing. the files are .vro extension. when working with editing program says it is not compatible and impossible for me to burn. I go to burn to dvd and my computer shuts off. any help please??!!
