I have a eastern ramrodder bmx bike how do i make it lighter.?

this bike is pretty heavy. i plan on upgrading but dont kno wut would be the moost usefull upgrade. i want this bike to be around 27 pounds

my Friend has this bike the bike is high ten steel so replace the bars with cromoly ,git a titanium crank spindle and a titanium seat poast.

you can cut the seat post . cut the handal bars a little

get a new seat  that should take it down 2 pounds
