can some one pleeese help me!

i have a code saying that error occured during decorder installation( error code 0xff7fffff ) , when i try to install my video camera to the computer. i just want to know how to get rid of that problem.

  1. install the software BEFORE you connect the camera to the computer. This does make a big difference in how it is installed. I'm sure the instructions said to install software before plugging in the camera.

    Sooo... uninstall ...disconnect it... then reinstall.
