I have a fat psp with 3.71. want to play downloaded games and such. Please help!!!?

I have dl many different custom firmware files but they say 80020148 error. What do I need to do to get this to work???!!!

You need a Pandora's battery to put the PSP in service mode to be able to add custom firmware. You will also need a magic memory stick.
