I have a fear of loud noises....?

when i hear a motor bike or a noisy aeroplane it really freaks me out especially if i can't see where the noise is coming from. Is there a name for this?

For 10 yrs after Nam I would freak out when i heard a helicopter I would start with flash backs

There was a name for mine but prob not the same in your case" I dont speel well enough to tell you what it was called

It just reminded me of some very bad sh-t and it flipped my switch
