  1. That does seem low.Do as your doctor advises.

  2. If it is 7mg/ml, it is very much low.The range of ferritin is 20--------167.So

if it low,it should be at least 20.Do consult your doctor regarding iron

tablets.Following is the natural formula for the quick absorption of

calcium and iron.Take it in addition to the tablets.Take it in the morning before breakfast,on empty stomach

    Soak overnight 6 almonds,1 tablespoon sesame seeds,1teaspoon

fennel seeds,3 dates and seeds of 2 cardamoms. In the morning, blend the whole mixture with little water, and add a cup of milk and drink it sip by sip. After 20 minutes take your breakfast. After about 6 weeks

check your iron level in the blood and consult your doctor again

  3. Ferritin level ranges are different for males and females, as are many other things.  Male ranges are normally around 12 to 300 and women are usually 12 to 150.  Although I have seen labs that consider 10 to 322 normal ranges for men and 10 to 160 nomal ranges for women.  All depends on the lab.  At any rate, you are on the low side and you should discuss this with your doctor

  4. The normal range for females Female: 12-150 ng/mL and males is 12-300 ng/mL. Yours is low and is usually an indication of iron deficiency anemia

Ferritin is a protein found inside cells that stores iron so your body can use it later. A ferritin test measures the amount of iron in your blood. The amount of ferritin in your blood (serum ferritin level) is directly related to the amount of iron stored in your body. If this has been picked up on routine blood work, your Dr will advise accordingly.

  5. Go to this website this should help answer some of your questions.

  6. Normal levels vary between labs 10 – 291 micrograms per litre is the range given here, so yours does appear low. I am afraid it is not clear whether you are male or female. Women often run a little low due to their periods and either a change in diet or a supplement will fix it. It is much less common for males to do so, unless they have an unusual diet, and they are more likely to merit investigation.

Low ferratin itself does not produce any symptoms, though moderately severe anaemia may produce tiredness, you don't however mention what your haemoglobin is. In any case it will not produce anxiety.

  7. Normal blood levels are 30-300 ng/mL for males and 15-200 ng/mL for females ans so yes if you are male you are extremely low and same for if you are a woman because I don't know lol, personally you need to do something about it
