I have a few horse questions that I cant figure out.?

1.What is another name for the cavesson?

2. How many average horse strides are in a 72ft. line of jumps?

3. How many beats are in the canter?

4. What is it called when a horse can not get back up on 4 feet after laying down or falling?

5. Who was the first junior rider to win all 4 equitation finals in the same year?

Please answer as many as you can for me.

    1. Cavesson as in noesband? A plain, or hunter noseband perhaps.

    2. This will really depend on the amount of jumps along the line...A canter stride is @ 12' (3 metres)...but if you throw some bounces in there it will change..maybe your question could be clearer?

    3. Three beats.

    4. A horse who cannot get back up in the stable after rolling is said to be cast....I can't honestly say I've come across a specific word for a generalised reluctance to get up...  

    5. Dunno lol...are you UK or US?? Notthat it makes much difrence, I still wouldn't know..google it ;)
