I have a few photos that i am selling but i would like to copyright them before i do sell them.?

    You automatically own the copyright.

  3. Presumably you have the negatives? You just need a record of the photos and the date you took them. I am guessing but you either post a copy to yourself  or make a record of when you first had the photos and get a witness (of professional standing to sign and date it (and address). You have to be able to prove you had the photo at a certain date. It would be difficult to police anyway. Suppose the buyer copies them and sells them on? Either in the same country or abroad. How are you going to know and if you find out what would/could you do about it?

  4. Simple, just stick a copyright logo onto them, and when you sell them you say that they are copyright.  There is no need to register them anywhere...

  5. take them to a photography shop or if they are small enough just copy them with a good printer
