I have a few questions about being a frontman?

i am the singer and lyricist for my band. i usually write mystical or philosophical lyrics. i often sing in a geddy lee-esque voice.

what i want to know is how i should act on stage...like what would best suit my appearance...i am short, with longish golden blond hair and tan skin. i'm somewhat attractive...i guess.

i was also thinking of painting lines coming from my eyes (you know, the egyptian-style eyes) to emphasize the mysterious quality we want to achieve.

our style is alternative/hard/psychedelic rock with blues influences.

Main thing is to look like you are having fun, interact with the rest of the band alot, as well as making eye contact with the audience. If look fierce, they will perceive you as fierce! Have fun!!!

Hey wear parachute pants, a long shirt (down to your knees) and a sombrero, and hippy glasses for a classical look

Na just kidding just dress like you regulary dress and are comfortable, happy, and ready to have some fun. People will pick up on that and like you. Personally I believe people are over critical on their looks. And dont forget to go crazy on stage.

Seriously just go crazy. Try to get the crowd involved somewhat. I've seen so many bands that were just mediocre but they put on a h**l of a show so I fell in love with them. Honestly, most of the people in the crowd won't get the connection with the eye make up and they'll more than likely just make fun of it later. Just dress like you always do.

Get a big tattoo on your forehead that says "Nesquik" and then sing your heart out. They'll probably approach you looking for you to endorse their product.
