  1. 1..i don't know..ask your Dr

    2. no hair coloring. Not enough tests done so better to just not do it for the 9 months.

    3. I believe so but you should ask your Dr

    4. I wouldn't but if you must then make sure it is done in a well ventilated area. Breathing those chemicals are not a good idea

    5.  You can use Tylenol only or anything generic for Tylenol

    6.  Keeping your skin hydrated by using lotion. Cocoa butter or There is Stretch Mark lotions you can buy at Walmart.  Buy some Skin so soft bath oil and use it in your bath water.

    7.  Start shopping as soon as you want to.

    8. Everyone starts "seeing" changes in their body at different stages. Sometimes almost immediately.  I was always about 12 weeks.

    9.  Just the prenatal is fine unless your Dr. says you are anemic and then they may have you take an iron supplement

    10. Red meat is okay to eat as long as it is cooked properly and you don't eat too much of it. Lean meats are a better idea.

I got this out of the What to expect when you're expecting book..Buy that!!! It is a great book that answers questions. But you should ask your Dr all these questions too just to be sure!! Good luck!!

If it is comfortable it is okay for the first few weeks.

I wouldn't recommend it until the second trimester.

    3.Can I still mystic tan?

    I wouldn't recommend it.

    4. CAn I still get my nails done at the salon?

No. It is not recommended, as the chemicals that they use are not safe for you to be breathing.

    5. What pain relievers can I use ?(ibuprofen,Tylenol,Advil...etc)

    You can only use Tylenol

    6. What is best for prevention of stretchmarks?

    7. When do you start shopping for the expectant baby?

    Around 28 weeks or so.

8.When do you start seeing changes in your body ?

It is different for every woman.

    9. Besides prenatal vitamins what other vitamins should I use .

Prenatals should have everything that you need, talk to your doctor about others.

    10. Is red meat not a good thing to eat while pregnant ?

Red meat is fine as long as it is fully cooked. It is actually very good for you as it is a good source of protein.

  3. I can answer some of these -

    1. Sit-ups on the ball are fine until after the fourth month.

    5. Tylenol is ok to use, no ibuprofen/advil/aspirin

    6. I am using palmers cocoa butter massage lotion for stretchmarks, none so far ( 31w2d )

    7. It is up to you when to start shopping. I waited until the third trimester.

    8. My body started to change pretty quick, I saw weight gain by about 8 weeks, by 14 weeks, other people were noticing.

    9. Just take the prenatals unless the doctor tells you that you need to take something else.

  4. 1. Ask your doctor

    2. Not sure, ask a doc.

3.Tanning is not safe at any stage.

    4. Yes

    5. Tylenol ONLY. If you have migraines, tell your doctor.

    6. There aren't any, however you can try using cocoa butter daily.

    7. I started at 5 months. But you may choose to start sooner.

    8. I started seeing changes at 3 months (i.e., bigger b*****s).

    9. All I been told of is prenatal vitamins, or flinstones chewables.

    10. Not sure, I ate it and I had no problems.

  5. 1. As long as you have been doing that since before pregnancy, it should be greenlighted.

    2. Some doctors say yes, some say no, it is up to your OB.

    3. Yes.

    4. Most pregnant women still do.

    5. Tylenol...ONLY.

    6. There is NO prevention for stretchmarks, if you are pre-disposed to get them, you will...If not, you won't...No cream/lotion/oil will help.

    7. I started when i found out the s*x.

    8. I started noticing changes at around 12 weeks.

    9. I take prenatals and iron supplements.

    10. Red meat is FINE. Just don't eat it too rare.

EDIT: OK PEOPLE! Obviously, you have no idea what a 'mystic tan' is. It is a self tanner, as in not a TANNING BED. It is a spray that tans you....No harm done.

  6. After the first trimester (first 12-14 weeks) is generally when I believe it is safe to start shopping for the new baby as this is the most  'dangerous' time in a pregnancy. I would also avoid sit ups for this time as well.

  7. I asked a few pregnancy questions today and somebody told me about whattoexpect.com -it's a really good informative site if you need more info but the first answer is really good

  8. 1. No you cannot due any type of abdominal exercizes

    2. Yes you can color your hair, you might get nauseous from the smell, so you need a well ventilated room.  ( I get dizzy from the fumes, so maybe you should take a mini fan with you)

    3. Yes you can mystic tan

    4. Yes you can get your nails done, yet same as hair coloring, you will need a ventilated space.  ( I used to get my nails done all the time, being pregnant I cannot even walk passed a salon without getting dizzy"

    5.  You can only take Tylenol, if you need something stronger, you need to consult your physician.

    6.  Sadly Nothing prevents stretch marks, its all in your genetics, and how well your skin does with its elasticity.  I have heard that ( palmers cocoa butter) works the best.  I put that stuff all over my body every single day, and the real concentrated one all over my belly and b***s every day, and still got stretch marks.  Totally sucks- worst part of pregnancy.

    7.  First I started buying a costco box of diapers every week from costco, so I am sooooo stalked up right now,lol...  Then once I found out the babies s*x at 5 months, I started to slowly shop.  Did the registry early so I could go back and change it around a few times, started the nursery, etc...

    8.  I noticed at 4months.

    9.  I take a prenatal and an omega3/DHA its for healthy brain and eye development.  Im a pediatric's nurse so all my nurse girlfriends told me about it once I got prego, my doc was very glad to hear I was taking it.

    10.  Red meat is fine to eat.

    1. You can do sit-ups until your second trimester.

    2. Yes you can dye your hair (try going to an Adveda salon the hair color is organic and will not cause any harm)

    3. YES!! (no tanning beds)

    4. It is recommended not to have your nails done especially in your first trimester (dues to the fumes) if you must have them done try going to a day spa where you would be alone and not in a confined space eliminating fumes.

    5. ONLY Tylenol

    6. Coco butter, I use vitamin E oil.... I love it (none yet!)

    7. I would wait until 12 weeks to be safe (miscarriage chances decrease after this point) But you can shop anytime you would like!!!

    8. Depends on your body type, I noticed around around 17 weeks ( I was 115 pounds pre - pregnancy)

    9. EFA Blend 3/6/9 ( it contains fish oil, flax, borage, olive oil)

    10. Red meat is great, very high in iron!

    Hope this helps!

  10. 1. yes

    2. you can but  it is safer to do so after the 12th week

    3. i dont know what that is but tanning beds are a no no, you can burn 10times faster when pregnant

    4.i cant see why not

5.never use ibuprofen as this can cause you to bleed. tylenol/acteminophen are okay but they recommend to not use anything until after week 12 unless you absolutely have to

4.Yes you can still get your nails done.

    5. I dont remember what medicines my docotr said I could take (as I really hate taking medicines) But your doctor should give you a list of "safe" medications.

6.I'm using like 4 different things to avoid strech marks. lol I like the "Tummy Butter" the best. Just make sure whatever you use has Cocoa Butter, ALoe vera, and Vitamin E

    7. I started shopping for baby really early, but try to hold off as long as you can at least until you find out the gender. My husband and I started stocking up on diapers and Baby wipes and now we have quite a collection lol.

8.I started seeing changes in my body around 18 weeks, and now that I'm 26 weeks people are actually seeing that I'm pregnant. But everybodys different. In the last weeks or so my belly button has started to pop out. (its so weird)

    9. I would ask your docotr about any other vitamines, but the prenatals should be enough. Some people have told me to take extra folic acid, but sometimes more ISNT better.
