  1. I've heard of toothpaste, but try Brasso first. It is less abrasive than toothpaste. Use a very soft cloth, maybe a microfibre cloth and polish the scratches out with the Brasso.

  2. A precision lapping device...

  3. You apply a thin layer of toothpaste on the area, rub it in with a lint free cloth.

Then take a bannana and rub it on the cd.

It sounds weird, I know, but it shows you how on a iTunes podcast called "Howcast" - "How to Fix Scratched CDs"

    Hope this helps :).

  4. For DVD's: use toothpaste and rub it on the disk and wipe it off after rubbing or you can use the 3 products listed below that are sold at Gamestop and EB Games stores

PS2 Disks: If there is a local Gamestop or EB Games store near your home they sell 3 products that can help fix your PS2 discs and the products are:

    1)  Disc Skip Fixer [$7.99]

    2) GameStop Universal CD/DVD Disc & Lens Kit  [$9.99]

    3) Universal Disc Repair Kit [$19.99]

    Good Luck my friend!
