I have a five speed 1995 Geo Prizm would it be easier to to change to an automatic or get a new car?

How much would the change cost?

I wouldn't put that much money into a 13 year old car, personally.  Geo's were actually good reliable little cars, but also cheap.

just gwt a new car to change it to an auto would cost as much as the car

NOT Worth It ---- In the old days it wasnt that big of a deal to change a manual transmission car to an automatic. Now with computers, all kinds of sensors and replacing the wiring harness it would be not be economicaly wise to do so.....  Get another car....

it would cost more to change it than its worth ,and the automatics in those gave a lot more problems than the standard ones did,it wouldn't be worth doing to on that car,the cost would be more than you could buy a good car for,it would cost around 5-600 or more to do this on that car if you could find all the parts to do it with,good luck.

Change the car. This will be the cheapest and most satisfactory thing to do.
