I have a flat at Dwarka in New Delhi. should i peddle it off or keep it?

I have a flat at dwarka in New Delhi. if i peddle it off then it would fetch me around Rs. 60 Lakh. and then deposit that amount in the bank, i would get Rs. 6 Lakhs as interest. Please guide me will i get more appreciation on beholding it for one year more?

You could do that. That way you will live on interest. Safer than renting.

It will appreciate. But then , calculate the Interest you will have . If you compound it , may not grow as much; but it is safe .
