I have a flat bottom, what should I do?

I am a cumulus cloud and I have a flat bottom. It is so embarrassing. I'd like to have a seductive, round bottom. Are there exercises that can help me or something else? What should I do?

  1. Squats, Lunges and leg lifts...lot's of them start slow though or you'll have a hard time walking the next day.

    Squats: Stand in front of mirror, spread feet shoulder distance apart, keeps heels on floor and back upright. Keep feet straight so that you can't see your heels. Squat down until your knees bend approx. 90 degrees and back up keeping knees soft. Start with 5 sets of 8 reps and work your way up. If you don't feel it in your quads and glutes the next day, you aren't doing enough, so bump it up.

    Do the same with lunges, alternating legs in lunge position. Make sure that forward knee does not extend beyond your ankle at the lowest point to avoid hyper-extension.

    Leg lifts: Stand erect, abs tight. Slight bend in both knees, lift one leg (extened w/slight bend) to the very back as far as you can, slowly. You'll feel the glute contract. Retract leg to original position slowly. Try to start with 10 sets of 8 reps on each leg and work up as you progress.

  4. Breath deep, eventually you will develop nice firm roung protuberances and mammaries as you develop into Cumulonimbus Mammatus.
