Sure you can check in early, but be very careful you listen for your flight being called, if you don't get to the gate in time you won't get on, so don't go to a bar, because they don't have speakers for announcements in most of them.

yea sure.....i flew on sunday....from Amsterdam to Bristol in the UK and my mom was flying the same day but back to the us...and even though our flights were like 5 hours apart...we thought it made more sense to go to the airport together so she checked in for her 1.55pm flight at midday and i checked in for a 4.55pm flight at the same time....no problem...and while in he airport...i just bought a bag of jerky and a magazine and that was it...i was set!......have fin in Sky Harbor! =D

usually its 3 or 4 hours before to check your baggage in. your always welcome to sit at the airport though. i had to do that once and just walked around the gift shops and bought a lot of coffee

You can check in that early. If I were you i would check in Online 24hrs befor so all you have to due is check you luggace and save time

this is a question you can ask your carrier and you can be at the airport anytime you want of the day of your flight your flight will be about 3 hrs
