I have a florida massage license and plan to move to New York, what needs to be done to become licensed there?

I have been practicing massage for only a year and I have 624 clocked hours. I know NY requires 1,000 hours and their own exam. Would I be required to go back to school or do they factor in your work hours?

most states as regulated as new york and florida want you to go to school on account of the AMTA lobby the states to put all sorts of regs through on account that the associations are run by the massage schools and they want their money
