I have a folder that says pictures but i dont see a camera to take picture from webcam?

Pictures folder is an extension of the Documents folder to store ur pictures. it is not used to click pictures.

if u want to add a webcam then go to Control Panel and then go to Scanners and Cameras.

some softwares came bundled with ur camera to take snapshots. u can modify ur options to store the pics clicked by ur camera to b stored in Pictures folder or in some other folder.
