    It is not called cinder block. The correct term for block that is lighter weight is " Haydite". Concrete Blocks are made from just that CONCRETE.

    You probably will also see a detail of the end view of your foundation. It should show 2 dots which are the ends of the rebar that gets embeded in your concrete footing. There also may be a view of the drain pipe and gravel around the pipe for drainage.
