The people he has told this to is the FBI, and Cleveland police department, and still he has no answers. I think when children are involved it at least should be looked into. He said he got this info, from the "pervert" himself. He said the "pervert" said he has evidence such as hair clippings, jewlery, ect. My friend don't know what to do, and I don't either. I want someone to at least check this out. If anyone has a way to get the word out please let me know.

  1. How to get someone to help?  Don't.

The alleged pervert may well deserve punishment for his/her actions, but nobody is gong to do anything about it.  Even if they did, your friend would have a bulls-eye on him that'll last for the rest of his life, even if he goes to prison in 10 years.  (I'm sorry to say that if your friend is in county jail, he'll probably go to prison eventually.)

What I'd do if I was your friend is to get bailed out (if possible) or do the time, find the pedo, then send the perv's lungs to opposite sides of Siberia.  In America, this is probably the only way to get justice.  If he's worried about a murder charge, just ask this:  Would the police really protect a pedophile?  (I'm such a breath of fresh air.)

  2. maybe go to a local newspaper, if they were too print this there would be an outcry from the public as to why this wasn't looked into and force them to get off their arses & do their job!

  3. If your friend is in jail right now and has already told the FBI and the local Cleveland Police Dept, he has done every thing he can do.  It is now in the hands of law enforcement to investigate the matter.

Also, the FBI and the Cleveland PD will NOT keep your friend apprised of the developments.  So just b/c no one has contacted him since he gave the information to law enforcement, does not mean it is sitting on the shelf.  The only time your friend may ever be contacted about this information is if he is needed to testify and/or to support a search warrant.

Other than that, law enforcement will do their best to keep an informant's information private, for his own safety.

  4. you said some things that really put me off. you said this person was a possible child molester. there is no such thing as  a  possible molester.you better know before you go to anyone. if you are wrong they will be able to  sue you for everything you have.as it sounds you do not have squat.if it was that inportant then why didn't the friend go to the police?

  5. go to the cops

  6. Contact the social services department and ask to speak to a supervisor in child welfare. Tell them that you have contacted the police department and FBI with no results. Give all information that you and your friend have. Any evidence of location of evidence will help. Supply victims names or whereabouts if possible.

  7. He would have to meet with an assault dective. If he waited until he was in jail they won't listen to him. why did'nt he tell them earlier.

  8. Actually, with my limited knowledge of matters like this, I had thought that they would have to look into it and investigate no matter who presents information regarding crimes like this.

  9. go to law enforcement with your concerns..then it is up to the police to do an investigation. when a person is already in jail it is much easlier to investigate them
