hahahaha now I can really relate on this on. I used to have a friend who doesnt know how to dance and Grind! But hey that doesnt stop her from dancing. What I did ... I always bring her to clubs and we go dancing. She doesn't mind and she is not shy cause she is having a good time! I have to say she is getting better on it. She just dance with us all night. As I have said she will learn more if she see a lot of ppl doing it and the perfect place is the dance floor!

Well if you mean by grinding dancing then just kinda show them but tell them it's all in the hips. moves the hips from side to side and then roll there body but not fast it can be fast once you know how to do it but if you dont do it slowly.
