Now here is the question! First off what are the rules when the parolee gets of prison?Does he have to have a phone for the parole officer can get a hold of him?Cause his woman only had a prepaid cell phone! And she has no money to pay for minutes on the cell. She uses it only for a message phone. She borrows other peoples phone to maker her own phone calls.Does the apartment have to have beds in there for him to sleep?Cause well they have no beds cause they couldn't pay for none!Do they search the place to see if there are any drugs in there?Do they check his girlfriend to see if she has any warrants and see if she has any felonies?Cause she does have felonies on her record for theft! And me personally i don't think she is a very good role model! And the parolee that is getting out of jail he has a brother that is on probation and he also lives there to! But see the girlfriend is not going to tell the parole officer that the brother lives there cause he is not on the lease or nothing like that! I am in arizona if that helps out any. Laws are pretty strict here in arizona! Also another thing does the parole officer ask how the rent is getting paid?Cause right now she is not working. They might assume that she is paying the rent with selling drugs or something! Who knows she could be not sure on that one. Thanks every one for your help cause i am going to need it!

  1. If she has felonies on her record, he will not be able to stay there because he cannot live with or associate with convicted felons. And they will do a background check on her before giving him permission to live there.

  2. If the situation you described is the only choice he has; he should seriously consider being released to a half way house.

His life has been regimented and structured while he is an inmate. The last thing he needs to to step out into a complicated and chaotic living arrangement when he is released.

    Good Luck!
