is it best to try to get a worker or student visa here in the usa or in ug.......and how much does this kinda thing cost and how do you do it!!????

To get a worker visa, you have to employ him in a company and there's quite a bit work as part of the process. It's probably much easier to get a student visa assuming that he/she will be going to school.
