the person he is going to move in with has felonies on her record. She is not on probation or parole though! They are not married either! I dont know if they care about or not. My question is: is he going to be allowed to stay with her sense she has felonies on her record?

I have heard that parole officers run background checks on the person of where he is going to live and make sure its a suitable and safe place to stay!

  1. No, he will not be allowed to consort with convicted felons.  He had not even try that one, or he will be violating himself and be put back in jail to serve his term out WHEN they find out.

  2. Its always safe to move in with a ex-con

  3. while he is on paole he shouldnt be with her

  4. If she has a felony conviction in her past, he will not be allowed to live there, because he cannot live with, or associate with, a convicted felon.

  5. The rules vary from state to state, as many state courts have ruled that rules forbidding contact with convicted felons, violates certain freedoms of association.  The dilemma began when siblings and children were not allowed to associate with each other, yet it had been proven that strong family ties enhance the rehabilitation process.

When he gets out, will he be on parole, or probation?  The rules differ.
