TV is the best . Alot of people watch TV and can engage in your buisness more if watched and it could be expensive but worth the money.

definitely tv.  more expensive on the whole, but cheaper when you consider how many more people it reaches than any other media.   no one reads newspaper or listens to the radio, so it's the only option that will actually work

Craigslist is Free. You can't get any cheaper than that.   Put his best cars on Craigslist and do it every day.

Autotrader works too but it costs money.

It is very expensive to get effective TV advertising, you might be able to get something reasonably cheap but it will be on a nothing channel at 3am. I work at a smallish Ford dealer, we sell about 25-30 cars a month, and we cant afford TV. Internet is the way to go, even the big websites like cars.com and autotrader only cost 1200 or so a month and they get alot of action and its not limited to a certain area, you should also have your own website. If you spend the time to list the cars nicely on the internet and take good pictures it will be well worth the money.
