I have a friend that wanst to go back to mexico but he has no papers how can he go back and what does he need?

You need to give a lot more info.  Is he a Mexican citizen?  Does he not have his birth certificate or any  kind of mexican I.D.?  i presume he is in the U.s. illegally.  Well, i suppose, if he has family in Mexico, and they have his papers, they could send them to him, but that is risky and slow, unless they use Fed-ex.He could go to the nearest Mexican consulate and ask for help. I am sure he is not the first person to be in this fix.  Here is a list of the Mexican consulates in the U.S.  Part of their job is to help mexican citizens in the U.S.

My boyfriend wanted to go back to see his family so all he did was went to the Hispanic store where he bought all his phone cards and bought a ticket on a bus. It's not hard. The only ID he had was his voters registry card. Or if he's a citizen here tell him to get a passport. Less than $100.

uh, he just walks back over.  that's it.  i mean....i guess they could ask him for a photo ID or something, but they won't.  and if they did, they'd just detain him while they look up his birth certificate or something.

He needs to do a border run like when he came.  No one will belive that he is actually breaking In to Mexico.
