I have a friend who comes to Uk as a visitor.He has an international driving lisence issued from Dubai.?

unfortunately he exceeded speed limit last week. he is the registerd keeper of that vehicle and also insured on it. He is caught on camera and now they are asking for his detalis. Does anyone know what will happen now?

No, he doesn't have an international driving license, since there is no such thing.  There is an international driving permit, which is carried with your valid license and is only a translation of your valid license into several languages.

They are asking for his details so they can collect the amount of the fine from him.  He will supply them, they will send proof of the speeding, he will pay the fine.
